SMOKED SALMON DIP WITH KELP

Smoked Salmon Dip with Kelp

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup chopped smoked salmon
  • 3/4 cup thawed Ready-to-Eat Kelp (or sub in 3 thawed Kelp Cubes)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped capers
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives

STEPS:

  1. Place your smoked salmon and Kelp into a food processor. Pulse a few times to break them down to a finer texture, but avoid over-processing. Add the lemon juice and pulse to mix it in.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your kelp fish mixture with all other ingredients, and mix to combine.
  3. Season to taste with more salt and pepper as needed. Enjoy with crudités, fresh bread, crackers, or even bagels!
