SEA-VEGGIE NUGGETS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 x Atlantic Sea Farms Ginger Sesame Sea-Veggie Burgers (or Basil Pesto Sea-Veggie Burgers)
  • 100% Pure Avocado Oil Spray
  • Dipping sauce of your choice

STEPS:

1.) Preheat your oven to 400°F, or 375°F on convection if you have it.

2.) Meanwhile, remove your Sea-Veggie Burgers from their packaging and slightly thaw them by placing them on a cutting board in room temperature for about 5 minutes.

3.) Once the Sea-Veggie Burgers are slightly malleable but not completely thawed, start cutting them into nuggets. Using a knife, cut the Sea-Veggie Burgers into quarters, like you would a pie.

4.) Place your quartered Sea-Veggie Burgers spaced evenly onto a tray with parchment paper that is lightly sprayed with avocado oil. Once oven is pre-heated, place tray into the oven and bake for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

5.) Let nuggets cool on tray for 5 minutes before serving them with your favorite dipping sauce (we love different types of aioli with these nuggets), and enjoy warm!
