PLANT-BASED TZATZIKI WITH KELP

Atlantic Sea Farms Kelp Cubes used in Tzatziki Sauce, paired with sliced vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup plain vegan coconut based yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. vegan mayo
  • 2 x Atlantic Sea Farms Kelp Cubes
  • 1/2 cups diced cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. chopped mint
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp. agave syrup
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (or more to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

STEPS:

1.) Add Atlantic Sea Farms Kelp Cubes, vegan yogurt, vegan mayo, minced garlic, agave, olive oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper to a food processor, and pulse until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well combined.

2.) Using a spatula, remove mixture from food processor and put into a bowl. Add the herbs and cucumber to the mixture, and stir to combine.

3.) Serve your kelp tzatziki sauce with pita, sliced raw vegetables, or chips of your choice!
