PLANT-BASED TZATZIKI WITH KELP
INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup plain vegan coconut based yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. vegan mayo
- 2 x Atlantic Sea Farms Kelp Cubes
- 1/2 cups diced cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. chopped mint
- 1 Tbsp. chopped dill
- 1/2 tsp. agave syrup
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or more to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
STEPS:
1.) Add Atlantic Sea Farms Kelp Cubes, vegan yogurt, vegan mayo, minced garlic, agave, olive oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper to a food processor, and pulse until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
2.) Using a spatula, remove mixture from food processor and put into a bowl. Add the herbs and cucumber to the mixture, and stir to combine.
3.) Serve your kelp tzatziki sauce with pita, sliced raw vegetables, or chips of your choice!
