PEACHY GREEN KELP SMOOTHIE

The cashews add enough protein to this smoothie to keep you going for hours, while the peaches present a light sweetness that complements nutrient dense kelp.

Makes 24 oz.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ fresh peaches ea. or 1 ½ cup frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¾ cup rice milk
  • 1 Atlantic Sea Farms Kelp Cube (or 2 TB kelp)
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender; puree until smooth.
