- 2 bags (10 oz each) pre-cut slaw mix (or 1 sliced cabbage and 3-4 carrots)
- 1 cup Atlantic Sea Farms Ready-Cut Kelp
- 1/2 cup safflower oil, or other vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar, or white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup, or honey
In a large bowl, thoroughly toss slaw mix and kelp. Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl; mix well and drizzle onto slaw to taste, mixing well.
Yields 4 cups, raw.
