KELP MANGO & AVOCADO SLAW
This is a great healthy recipe for summer! Sweet, tangy, creamy, and with that perfectly craveable umami, this kelp recipe is a great side for when you’re grilling!
Kelp Mango Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 bunch chives or scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 packet Ready Cut Kelp
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- *Add 1 TBSP mayonnaise for creamy version*
Instructions
- Combine mango, greens, lime juice, avocado, kelp, chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt together in a bowl. Mix well and adjust salt and chili powder as desired.
Can be made right before serving or a day ahead.
