KELP & CAPER TAPENADE

Made with Kelp Cubes
Ingredients
- 1 cup olives, roughly chopped
- 2 Atlantic Sea Farms Original Kelp Cubes
- 2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup lightly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley (thin stems are ok), chopped
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ shallot, minced
- 2 sun dried tomatoes, minced
- 1 medium clove garlic, pressed or minced
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Fresh crusty bread for dipping!
Steps
- In a medium sized bowl, combine ingredients and mix.
- Grab a chunk of crusty fresh bread and enjoy!
