BASIL PESTO BURGER
Made with Basil Pesto Sea-Veggie Burgers
- 1 Atlantic Sea Farms Basil Pesto Sea-Veggie Burger
- 2 tsp frying oil
- Toasted brioche burger bun
- Mayo
- Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced and seasoned with salt and black pepper
- Handful of arugula
Steps
- Remove 1 Atlantic Sea Farms Sea-Veggie Burger from freeze.
- Heat a frying pan to medium high and add 2 tsp of frying oil.
- Add burger and cook for 5-6 minutes on both sides until golden crispy on the exterior.
- Toast brioche bun and layer on a light spread of mayo, arugula, basil-pesto burger, slices of fresh mozzarella and sliced cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
