KELP ONIGIRI
Made with Organic Kelp Flake and Spicy Gochujang Seaweed Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/4 cup kewpie mayo
- 1/4 cup chopped Atlantic Sea Farms Spicy Gochujang Seaweed Salad
- 1/2 cup sushi rice, washed until water runs clear
- 2 tsp Atlantic Sea Farms Organic Kelp Flake
- 2 tsp white sugar dissolved in 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Knob of butter
- Onigiri mold
Steps
Make Filling
- Combine drained tuna, kewpie mayo, and Atlantic Sea Farms Spicy Gochujang Seaweed Salad— set aside.
Make Rice Mixture
- Cook sushi rice to package instructions.
- Combine cooked rice with Atlantic Sea Farms Organic Kelp Flake, rice wine vinegar, sugar, and salt— leave to cool.
Make Onigiri
- Make your rice balls using the onigiri mold as directed- layer with rice, tuna mixture and more rice!
- Pan fry in butter until crispy and golden brown on the exterior.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
