Ruby Dombek

Ruby was drawn toward kelp cultivation out of a desire to create more responsible food systems. Since 2021, she has worked on farms and production lines in Alaska, California, and the Faroe Islands, building kelp savvy and admiration throughout. When she isn’t problem solving supply logistics, Ruby spends most of her time harvesting food, scampering up mountains, and playing her violin.
