CNBC: Lobster fishermen become seaweed farmers as Maine waters warmCNBC:

We spent the day with CNBC climate correspondent Diana Olick to share the incredible possibility and momentum of regenerative seaweed farming in the United States. Maine lobstermen continue to lead in this new domestic industry, demonstrating that we can build a more climate resilient food system by looking to the fishers and farmers who have fed the country for generations.

And then we ate sea-veggie burgers and lobster rolls at Luke’s Lobster!

Big thank you to partner farmer Steve Train, Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative, ASF CEO Briana Warner, and Island Institute for contributing to this piece, and to Seagriculture Conference for bringing the seaweed community to Portland, Maine for the second year in a row.
