With her incredibly creative pastry recipes, her signature hairstyle, and her tremendous reputation, Caroline is taking the culinary world by storm in her Executive Pastry Chef position at Gage & Tollner and with her new cookbook (The Sweet Side of Sourdough). Our last home was starting to feel real cozy - and we are excited to have moved to a new space to help us continue to grow and meet your demand for fresh, regenerative kelp! Being a fully integrated company, and producing our superfood kelp from seed to plate, means that finding the right home for our work is really important. After months of design, redesign, and building, we are finally starting to settle in to our new place! We're growing a few things here: delicious kelp, a great team, AND accessibility to our regenerative seaweed products. All that hard work has paid off and we are gearing up for our biggest harvest season yet in our new digs.
Meet Matt Haight, Atlantic Sea Farms Fermentation Lead
Matt has had an incredible career working in the food and beverage industry for the last 15 years as a chef and restaurant owner. He is excited to oversee our fermentation process and continue to improve the craft behind our delicious, umami-packed fermented kelp products. Matt likes checking out the local beer and food scene with his wife Karli, and they also have a rescue dog named Otis who smiles when he meets people 🐶 Welcome to the team, Matt!
