Change OA to ASF and then also change the Rice Milk to “your favorite milk.” Also edit the header to take out the reference to rice milk.
The cashews add enough protein to this smoothie to keep you going for hours, while the peaches present a light sweetness that complements the milk and kelp.
Makes 24 oz.
2 ½ fresh peaches ea. or 1 ½ cup frozen peach slices
½ cup cashews
¾ cup rice milk
1 Atlantic Sea Farms Kelp Cube (or 2 TB kelp)
½ tsp. cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a blender; puree until smooth.
