Kelp Mango & Avocado Slaw

This is a great healthy recipe for summer! Sweet, tangy, creamy, and with that perfectly craveable umami, this kelp recipe is a great side for when you're grilling!

Kelp Mango Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

1 mango, diced

1 bunch chives or scallions, thinly sliced

1 lime, juiced

1 avocado, diced

1 packet Ready Cut Kelp

1/2 tsp chili powder

*Add 1 TBSP mayonnaise for creamy version*

 

Instructions

  1. Combine mango, greens, lime juice, avocado, kelp, chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt together in a bowl. Mix well and adjust salt and chili powder as desired. 

 

Can be made right before serving or a day ahead.
