About the Content Marketing Manager Role at Atlantic Sea Farms

Atlantic Sea Farms is looking for a strong, creative digital storyteller with a keen understanding of the importance of voice, scientific accuracy, and brand integrity in all communications. The right person for this work is a committed and energized individual with a strong independent work ethic, a high level of attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

This role will be responsible for creatively and effectively communicating the complexity of our vertically integrated, mission-first business to various stakeholders, from grocery shoppers to leaders in the future of food, and ultimately helping to drive sales success through clear KPIs.

Experience in natural food communications is preferred. You will work directly with Atlantic Sea Farm’s CMO, and interact daily with our full team.

Key Responsibilities:

You will report to Atlantic Sea Farm’s CMO - and be expected to deliver on programs in sales marketing, digital marketing and communications, and events. 

  • Execute digital, print, and web collateral including:
    • Social Media content 
    • Newsletter content 
    • Print/Digital Ad design
    • Display Headers
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Website and blog content
    • Sales marketing assets
  • Actively and creatively engage with the Atlantic Sea Farms Community across all social platforms:
    • Manage social media calendar (Instagram and TikTok)
    • Manage social creative, copy, and captions
    • Monitor, track, and report on feedback/social listening
    • Assist with influencer program as needed
    • Establish a brand collaboration program
    • Manage engagement and customer service on all social platforms

  • Manage vendors as needed to execute marketing programs

  • In person event coordination in collaboration with Sales Team
    • Sales marketing and trade shows
    • Community events

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative with a keen eye for cohesive design
  • Experience developing creative assets for social media, web, email, and print
  • Active understanding of social media, trends, and best practices
  • Ability to create and follow content calendars, work independently, and self-manage deadlines
  • Reliable with a positive attitude
  • Eager team player
  • Constant curiosity to best communicate our vertically integrated business model

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications or another related field
  • 3-5 Years of Experience (ambitious recent grads are welcome to apply but must show a robust portfolio and self-drive)
  • Strong portfolio highlighting digital, print, web and sales marketing experience

This position would be paid an annual base salary (based on experience $45-52k), have access to the company’s health benefits package and paid vacation.
